Main Functions and Features of the Carton Forming Machine
Paper Feeding: Our machine supports simultaneous production of multiple products, thanks to its three feeding channels—ideal for high-volume and diverse product manufacturing. Both printed and non-printed sheets are manually loaded into the feeding system. Materials used include fluted (corrugated) paper, single-face cardboard, or uncoated bristol and kraft paper that are durable and food-safe.
Forming: Paper sheets are transferred into molds and shaped according to the required dimensions and designs. Shapes such as hamburger boxes, french fry trays, and rectangular or square boxes can be formed in this stage.
Folding and Shaping: The paper is folded into box form by the machine, ensuring that all four corners align precisely and the box structure is formed neatly and securely.
Gluing Process: Glue is applied to the side, bottom, and top flaps of the box in accordance with the specified design. These sections are sealed by the machine to create a firm and reliable structure.
Final Assembly: Once completed, boxes are nested inside one another and prepared for packaging and delivery. This stage ensures the boxes maintain their shape and are protected from deformation during handling.
