Working Principle of the Paper Cone Cup Forming Machine

Paper Feeding: Large paper rolls are automatically fed into the machine. The paper moves into the initial stage to be cut to the desired size.

Cutting: The paper rolls are cut to accurate dimensions. This cutting process is carried out using a blade system, and the machine ensures each paper segment is sized ideally for cup production.

Forming: The cut paper is wrapped and shaped into a cup using special molds and cylindrical rollers inside the machine. The paper is folded at a specific angle to form a cone shape.

Sealing: During the forming process, hot glue or adhesive is applied to the paper edges. This bonds the paper and secures the cup shape.

Trimming and Finishing: The formed cup is precisely trimmed to the desired size. The top edge is neatly curled to give the cups a smooth and aesthetic finish.

Packing: The nested cups are automatically counted and, if desired, packaged using an automatic packing machine.
