Our Windowed V-Fold Paper Bag Machine is a specialized paper bag manufacturing machine capable of V-folding and adding a window. This machine is used to produce windowed paper bags in various shapes and sizes, incorporating a transparent plastic packaging to enhance product visibility. Paper Roll Feeding: A large paper roll is fed into the machine, marking the first stage of the paper bag production process. The paper roll is automatically unwound, cut, and prepared to the required dimensions for bag production.

V-Folding System: This system creates V-shaped folds on both sides of the bag, allowing it to expand. V-folding is essential for food packaging or product carrier bags that require extra space.

Window Cutting and Film Application: Window insertion is a crucial step in paper bag production. The machine cuts a specific section on the paper and inserts a transparent plastic window. The plastic window is typically made from polyethylene (PE) or PET, which is clear, durable, and lightweight, ensuring product visibility.

Paper Bag Formation: The paper is folded and glued on the sides with food-safe hot-melt adhesive. The bottom of the bag is sealed using either a folding or gluing method, ensuring a sturdy and aesthetically pleasing finish.

High-Speed Production and Automation: Our windowed V-fold paper bag machine can produce up to 700 paper bags per minute. The production process is mostly automated, ensuring high efficiency and speed. Machines perform cutting, window insertion, folding, gluing, and stitching operations swiftly and accurately, with all actions recorded in the PLC system.

Various Sizes and Designs: This machine can produce V-bottom paper bags in different sizes and shapes. Additionally, printing can be applied to paper bags, with options for additional printing colors such as two-color or four-color flexographic printing.

Product Visibility: Windowed paper bags allow contents to be seen, making them ideal for industries such as food, nuts, cosmetics, and gift packaging.

Eco-Friendly: Paper bags are more environmentally friendly than plastic bags. Although a plastic window is added, the materials used are generally recyclable and do not harm the environment.
