Multilayer Extrusion Film Laminating Machine


Multi-Layer Extrusion Film Lamination Machine uses plastic film, woven fabric, or aluminum foil as coating materials, with a base layer of
paper. Through a
coating film, it creates two-layer, three-layer (sandwich composite), or multi-layer new products in a single process. These new products are used for making packaging products such as paper cups, yogurt cups, ice cream cups, noodle bowls, feed packaging bags, medical supplies, snack boxes, and non-woven bags.


The machine is controlled automatically via PLC. The reasons for using PLC in our machine can be explained as follows:

Digital and Analog Control: PLCs can work with digital inputs/outputs (on/off commands) and also process analog data (temperature, pressure, speed, etc.), thus allowing control over all machine parameters.


The machine is designed to integrate with electric and pneumatic systems and can be configured according to preferences. It features a high-precision, high-speed, and efficient mixing screw, a fast-replaceable hydraulic screen changer, a 360-degree rotating sandwich unwinding frame, and a T-die.


This machine can be configured with single, double, or multiple extruders to perform multi-layer co-extrusion efficiently.
