South Korean High-Speed Paper Cup Production Machine is our fully automatic and efficient machine used for producing disposable paperboard cups. This machine processes printed and cut paper from rolls, rapidly produces and shapes paper cups, bonds them using hot air and ultrasonic support, cuts the bottom base, and completes counting and stacking to prepare them for packaging. Depending on the paper cup size, the machine can produce 150 pieces per minute. Automatic lubrication system, side paper transfer conveyor, and PLC touchscreen are standard features.

Paper Material Processing: Paper rolls first undergo printing and cutting in the machines, then are shaped using molds in this machine, with the upper rim curled before being sent to the collection unit. Hot air and resistance heaters shape the cups. The paper used is pre-coated with plastic PE, PLA, or BIO coating to make the inside liquid-resistant.

Cup Sizes and Shapes: Our high-speed machines can be adjusted via mold changes to produce cups in sizes like 4 oz, 8 oz, 12 oz, 16 oz, 22 oz, and 32 oz. Mold changes require expertise and must be performed under the supervision of our engineers.
