Double-Sided High-Speed Extrusion Coating and Lamination Machine (2nd Generation) is an advanced machine that performs two-sided coating and lamination processes at high speed and efficiency in industrial production. Our PLC-controlled machine can operate integrated with electrical and gas systems. It is designed according to preference. It features a high-precision, imported T-die fast and high-efficiency worm system (American Technology), and a new technology static mixer unit (Italian Technology). It can be synchronized and fixed with single extruder, double extruder, multiple extruders, and multi-level extrusion.

Working Principle of the Double-Sided High-Speed Extrusion Coating and Lamination Machine

Material Preparation and Extrusion: Plastic granules (such as PE, PP, PET, nylon) are loaded into the machine. These granules melt at high temperature via extruder machines and are produced in film form. In our 2nd generation machine, more efficient heating systems and faster extrusion processes are used for film production.

Double-Sided Coating and Lamination: The extruded plastic film is directed to the machine’s double-sided coating section. The film arriving here is applied as the first film layer onto the first surface and immediately after, the second film layer is applied onto the second surface. Coating is carried out using high temperature, pressure, and chemical adhesives if needed. In 2nd generation machines, more advanced technologies and speed-enhancing systems are present to coat both surfaces simultaneously.

Cooling and Fixing: After lamination is completed, the coated surfaces are quickly cooled with cooling rollers and coatings solidify. The cooling system is optimized to improve coating quality and create a strong bond between the film and the surface.

Cutting and Packaging: After coating, the material is cut and prepared for use. This process is usually done in roll form or cut into desired sizes. In 2nd generation machines, the cutting and packaging processes have been made faster and more precise.
