Cardboard Oval Bowl Forming Machine

Carton Oval Bowl Forming Machine is designed to produce oval-shaped paper bowls using cut paper obtained from paper rolls after printing and cutting processes. Our machine is specially developed to manufacture disposable paper bowls commonly used in the ice cream industry, food service, fast food restaurants, hotels, and catering services. Oval paper bowls are typically used for serving salads, ice cream, soups, and other food products.

Working Principle of the Paper Oval Bowl Forming Machine

Paper Feeding: The machine feeds cut paper obtained from a large paper roll, which can be optionally printed. The paper may be coated on one or both sides with polyethylene (PE) or biodegradable materials.

Forming: The cut paper is guided into the molding system to form the oval bowl shape. The mold shapes the paper into an oval bowl. Side gluing is performed with an ultrasonic system, followed by bottom gluing using a hot air system. In the final step, the mold rotates to perform the top rim curling, ensuring the paper fully takes the oval form.

Paper Type: The paper’s inner surface can be coated with PE or PLA coatings to provide liquid resistance. This coating is essential for carrying hot soups, salads, liquids, or oily foods.

Packaging: The produced oval paper bowls can be grouped and packaged in set quantities using additional automatic packaging machines. Packaging facilitates easier handling and storage of the bowls.
