Rope Handle Paper Shopping Bag Production Machine is designed for the manufacturing of cardboard shopping bags. This fully automatic machine produces paper bags and, with the help of an additional rope handle attaching unit, reinforces the bags for better durability and easier handling.

Working Principle of the Rope Handle Paper Shopping Bag Machine

Paper Feeding: Pre-cut sheets of paper are fed into the machine. Typically, durable kraft or bristol paper is used, though eco-friendly and recycled papers are also suitable. The paper is cut to the required size for the production process.

Paper Cutting and Forming: The paper is folded and shaped into the form of a bag. An extra paper strip is glued to the upper sides of the bag for added reinforcement, especially where the handles will be attached. The top and bottom parts of the bag are formed appropriately, and an additional paper patch is applied to the bottom to enhance strength and durability.

Handle Insertion (Handle Formation): Rope handles made of durable materials such as cotton, polyester, or nylon are placed on the upper part of the bag. These handles are inserted precisely using an additional unit attached to the machine. The rope handles enhance the carrying capacity and comfort during use. This is done by a separate machine that integrates the handles into the bags produced by the main unit.

Packing: After passing quality control, the finished bags are automatically collected and packed in groups using a packaging system.
