The machine’s production speed is 80 pieces per minute and supports 24-hour continuous operation. An automatic stacker and counting unit come standard with the machine. It can be integrated with a single-walled paper cup machine by adding an automatic cup feeding unit. After production, cups are transferred to the packaging system. Our machine offers side gluing using either hot air or ultrasonic systems as alternatives.

The machine’s gluing system uses hot melt adhesive for side gluing and cold glue for inner bonding.
