The paper ice cream cup forming machine generally operates through a production process consisting of several stages:

Paper Roll Feeding: The production process begins by feeding paper that has already been printed and cut into the machine. This paper is treated to be food-safe and is typically waterproof. The paper must be coated with PE (Polyethylene), PLA, or biodegradable materials to prevent liquid penetration.

Heat Forming: The cut and printed paper is first preheated, then side-heated and supported by air to bond the side seam. After side bonding, the bottom paper is cut into a round shape and joined with the side paper. In the molding system, hot air and pressing are used to fuse them together. After the top rolling is completed, the forming process is finalized. The forming is combined with either an ultrasonic or hot air system to prevent leaks and increase durability.

Packaging and Discharge: The produced ice cream cups are automatically transferred by the machine via acrylic tubes to the counting and stacking unit; if desired, they can be sent directly to an automatic packaging machine. This process ensures that the product is handled without manual contact.
