South Korean Cardboard Chicken Bucket Production Machine is a machine that manufactures single-use paper buckets used for serving chicken and other food products. This machine produces paper buckets specifically used for hot chicken, fried foods, or snacks in fast-food restaurants, street food stalls, or at events. Working Principle of the Paper Chicken Bucket Production Machine

Paper Feeding: Pre-printed and cut side papers are placed into the machine. The paper is fed smoothly into the machine, correctly guided into the molds, and prepared for the molding process.

Forming: The side papers are transferred from the feeding system to the molding system. Here, via molds, hot air and ultrasonic bonding are used to first form the side, then the bottom base, and finally the top lip curling process is performed.

Paper Material: The inner surface of the paper is coated with liquid-proof coatings such as PE, Bio Material, or PLA coating. This coating prevents oily and hot foods from leaking out.

Printing: To add a brand logo, design, or advertisement to the outer surface of the paper chicken buckets, methods such as flexo printing or offset printing can be used with another machine.

Packaging: The produced chicken buckets are grouped in specific quantities and packaged using automatic packaging machines. This process is done with an additional machine. This ensures that the buckets are not damaged during transport.
