Fully Automatic High Speed Extrusion Coating and Laminating Machine

Fully Automatic High-Speed Extrusion Coating and Laminating Machine is a machine used especially in advanced manufacturing processes, performing high-speed coating and laminating operations. This machine is used for high-speed, precise, and efficient production in many sectors including packaging industry, paper and plastic products, textiles, construction materials, and more. Our machine is equipped with fully automatic systems and operates with minimal human intervention.

Our PLC-controlled machine can operate integrated with electricity and gas. It is designed according to preference. The worm system (American Technology), which provides high accuracy and high efficiency bonding, is created with a new technology static mixing unit. Equipped with Italian technology swift hydraulic filter replacement unit and dry composite machine system. Single extruder, double extruder, multiple extruders, and multi-level extrusion can be synchronized and fixed.

Operating Principle of the Fully Automatic High-Speed Extrusion Coating and Laminating Machine

Material Preparation and Extrusion: Plastic granules or other raw materials are loaded into the extruder device. These granules melt at high temperatures and are produced in film form. The coating material is generally made from polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyamide (PA), but bio-based or recycled materials can also be used depending on the requirement.

Coating Process: The extruded film is applied to surfaces to perform coating. In this process, coating can be applied on a single side or both sides of the material. Double-sided coating is typically used to achieve more durable and long-lasting results. The coating process is optimized especially for waterproofing, protection, surface durability, and print quality.

Lamination: Lamination is the application of a thin film layer onto paper or plastic material. This ensures a strong bond between the two materials, providing both protection and visual quality. During coating and lamination, temperature, pressure, and time are controlled to ensure perfect adhesion.

Cooling and Solidification: The coated material is rapidly cooled and solidified by cooling cylinders. This hardens the coating and increases its durability, making the material stronger.

Cutting and Shaping: After the lamination process is complete, the material is cut and shaped into the desired sizes. The produced product can usually be in roll form or converted into cut products of specific sizes.

Automatic Control and Monitoring: Fully automatic control systems monitor and manage all processes of the machine. This system automatically adjusts critical parameters such as temperature and pressure, ensuring high-quality production. Also, fault diagnosis and maintenance needs can be automatically identified, increasing production continuity.
