Our Wet Wipe Production Machine operates with an automatic system, processing inner materials such as nonwoven, air-laid paper, and spunlace ranging from 30-100 gsm, which are water-resistant and infused with cologne or perfume solution. The outer materials, including OPP film, aluminum laminated film, and non-laminated aluminum film, are then combined, cut, moistened, and packaged in the desired size. This machine is ideal for production processes requiring high efficiency and speed, performing multiple functions simultaneously to manufacture various product sizes based on production capacity.

Operating Principle of the Wet Wipe Production Machine

Raw Material Preparation: The production process begins with rolls of moisture-absorbing paper or nonwoven (non-woven) fabric.

Cutting and Folding: The fabric is cut to the desired dimensions and folded in a way that makes it easier to use.

Moisturizing: Moisturizing solutions are applied to the fabric. These solutions typically contain water, alcohol, moisturizing agents, and disinfectants. Moisturizing is performed using immersion systems to ensure an even distribution of liquid across all surfaces of the wipes.

Packaging: The produced wet wipes are sent to the packaging unit, where they are automatically packaged. Packaging can be in aluminum material or plastic wrapping. Additionally, labeling and barcode printing can be applied to the packages.
